Health, safety, and environment (HSE)
Geveke Werktuigbouw B.V. has an active policy to be able to offer a working environment that is as safe and healthy as possible, whereby her activities are of minimal environmental impact.
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment for both own, temporary and hired staff; which is at least in accordance with the legal requirements and the requirements of clients.
- Prevent personal injury by minimizing risks.
- Prevent material and environmental damage by providing proper information and training.
- Reduce absenteeism by reducing work pressure, offering adapted work and guidance.
- Prevent psychosocial workload (sexual harassment, aggression and violence, bullying and discrimination) through involvement and regulations.
Geveke Werktuigbouw B.V. strives for continuous improvement in the field of HSE. By constantly
responding to market developments, work can be carried out more safely and environmentally conscious.
Regarding the use of refrigerants, the policy is aimed at preventing emissions of F-gases.
Geveke Werktuigbouw B.V. operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Through information and training, attention is given to awareness of safety, health and the environment among employees. Reporting situations that are not in accordance with the policy is part of the responsibility that employees and management must jointly bear to implement the set policy.
